Swiss ball/ Gym ball/ Exercise ball workout

At Fitnesolution, we use gym ball for exercises - cardio, strengthening, stretching, pilates, yoga and in combination with many things. Swiss ball is a wonderful equipment which provides unstable surface, to challenge inner deeper muscles and helps to engage the core. The muscles that were never utilized are challenged with the exercise ball. On a mat or a reformer, the back is supported and hence relaxes. The ball heightens the proprioception, makes you aware as to how your body moves in space. This ball is also used in rehabilitating motor skills, improving balance and athletic performance. It helps to correct the posture while doing the exercise more effectively.
