Strength training or Resistance training in Fitnesolution.

At Fitnesolution, in personal fitness training, special emphasis is given to strength training or resistance training. We use widest variety of equipments, as free weights and machines. We use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebell, clubbellsmedicine ball, resistance band or tubing, thera bands, Gym stick/ Fitness stick, Swiss ball, pilates isotoner, and various other machines for strengthening, toning and sculpting. We also do free hand exercises and Calisthenics. We believe in results and in safe and effective exercises. We offer range of activities to our clients that are unique and challenging.
