Yoga during pregnancy

At Fitnesolution, Delhi, we have yoga classes during pregnancy. These are pre natal classes. Yoga helps to keep both the mother and the baby healthy and happy. There are gentle asanas and postures. We also do breathing and meditation. Yoga helps to keep the pregnancy period healthy. The expecting mother has rich supply of oxygen and blood in her body. It helps the baby. The breathing exercises also help during the labor pain. The blood pressure is regulated. The back pain is eased. Yoga helps to calm both the body and mind. We offer only private lessons. This way the instructor can really focus on the client.
