Stress is a major cause of ill health, Tai Chi, Qi Gong & meditation have been developed over thousands of years to relieve stress & improve quality of life. Tai Chi & Qi Gong movements are soft, slow, smooth & can be learnt in a matter of weeks.

The benefits of meditation come through the practice of self-observation and expanded awareness, of which there are many techniques you can learn.
