This pose is good for balancing and core strengthening. It takes every muscle in your core to hold this pose. It makes you more focused and once you do it, you certainly feel the sense of achievement. Lean forward and try to balance on one leg. Make sure the whole body- arms to core to legs- is parallel to the floor.
