This pose is good for balancing and core strengthening. It takes every muscle in your core to hold this pose. It makes you more focused and once you do it, you certainly feel the sense of achievement. Lean forward and try to balance on one leg. Make sure the whole body-  arms to core to legs-  is parallel to the floor.

Review Insanity workout

Everyday there is a new workout introduced in the industry. Some are old wine in a new bottle. A new fancy name is given, different marketing and publicity and the fitness enthusiasts go crazy about it. 

A new workout is called insanity. There are insanity DVD's available which are quite challenging.
