Meet my Guru Goura Prema Devi. She teaches me aerial silk. Her company is called Nataya Nectar. She is divine, diva. If I am ever 1/10th as good as her, I will consider myself to be successful. 



People working out on road side in Delhi

Every morning, I am in my studio working out by myself or with my clients. It is rare that I am driving on the road early in the morning. But today, I had to drop someone to the airport in Delhi. I was pleasantly surprised to see everyone enthusiastically working out on the road side, on the fresh grass. People were walking, with children, with dogs, doing yoga, sit ups, playing cricket, someone was even playing a guitar. It looked very nice. I recorded while driving.

This pose is good for balancing and core strengthening. It takes every muscle in your core to hold this pose. It makes you more focused and once you do it, you certainly feel the sense of achievement. Lean forward and try to balance on one leg. Make sure the whole body-  arms to core to legs-  is parallel to the floor.
